Formerly a Kmart store, Blue Light Plaza is an 85,000 square foot center anchored by Family, Farm and Home and the Dollar Tree. Located at 760 Van Dyke Rd. north of downtown Bad Axe, the plaza is available to rent for anything from traditional retail storefronts to offices, including medical or other professional services. We have up to 40,000 square feet available to build out to your specifications.
